Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026.
1. What Humanizio does
Humanizio rewrites text you supply so it reads more naturally, and can optionally apply SEO or GEO structuring. It is a writing tool. You remain the author and remain responsible for what you publish.
2. Your account
You need an account to run jobs. Keep your password and any API key confidential — activity under your credentials is treated as yours. Tell us promptly at support@humanizio.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Humanizio to:
- submit text you have no right to use;
- produce unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive material;
- misrepresent authorship where a person or institution you are accountable to requires you to disclose it — including academic work governed by an honour code or an employer's disclosure policy;
- attempt to disrupt the service, bypass quotas, or access other users' data.
We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive. We claim no ownership over either. We do not retain your text (see our Privacy Policy) and we do not use it to train models.
5. Plans, quotas and billing
Free accounts include a monthly allowance shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase; until they are, no charges of any kind are made and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell. When billing opens, the terms of sale, cancellation and refunds will be published here before any payment is taken.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Processing can be slower while capacity starts up.
7. Output is not guaranteed
Rewritten text is generated automatically. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no representation about how any third-party system will classify it. Review anything before you publish it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@humanizio.com. We may close an account that breaches section 3.
10. Changes
If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you meaningfully, tell account holders by email.
