Privacy Policy

The short version
We do not store the text you submit. Your text is sent to the processing engine, the result is returned to you, and neither the input nor the output is written to our database. What we keep is the word count of each job, so we can meter your monthly allowance.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a salted PBKDF2 hash of your password. We never store your password itself and cannot recover it.
- Usage: per job — the type (humanize, SEO, GEO), the number of words, whether it came from the app or the API, and a timestamp. No content.
- Contact form: if you submit an enterprise enquiry, we store the name, email, company and message you chose to send us.
- Abuse prevention: short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash that includes your IP address. The IP itself is never written to our database, and the counters expire automatically.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your content to train models.
- We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
Processing and sub-processors
The site and API run on Cloudflare (hosting, edge network, and the database that holds your account and usage counters). Text is processed on GPU infrastructure for the duration of the request only. Because we do not retain your text, there is no copy of it to disclose, export, or delete afterwards.
Retention
Account and usage records are kept while your account exists. Login sessions expire 30 days after they are issued. Abuse-prevention counters expire within an hour. Contact-form messages are kept until we have dealt with your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data associated with your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email support@humanizio.com from the address on your account and we will action it.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to hold your login session so you stay signed in. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
